Clinical Approach
Dr. Rob Daniels specializes in practical, efficient, and effective strategies that make significant and lasting differences for children, families, and educators. From clinical interventions for children with autism to improvisation classes for children at all levels of social and emotional development, his strength-based approach is grounded in practical experience and sound, clinical research.
Dr. Daniels' practice is built on the philosophy that it takes a team to help a child thrive. For schools and families facing complex challenges, he offers solutions that are easy to implement and that allow young people to flourish.
One of Dr. Daniels’ unique offerings is the incorporation of humor and improvisation in his work. He combines cognitive behavior therapy techniques with proven social skills interventions, such as video self-management to teach concepts such as nonverbal communication and emotional regulation. In these relaxed settings, young people improve their social skills, confidence, and self-esteem.
Dr. Daniels is Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois. He is also qualified to provide Telehealth in the states and territories covered under PSYPACT
